HOTELS:
The way we work is that we're generally able to assist with just accommodations on a complimentary basis, as long as the request falls within the scope of what we do. (4-5+ star hotels and vetted private home and sailboat/yacht rentals - no AirBnbs, hostels, bed and breakfasts, 3 star and below.) We are able to do this free of
charge, because when we book hotels for our clients, they pay us back a commission, almost like a referral fee. (This does not add any additional cost on to you.) Because of this, we do ask that if we are working together, that you please allow us to facilitate all bookings for you. It can be quite complicated for us to try and take over the booking on the back end if you are to make the reservation first on your own.
FLIGHTS
If you are just looking for help with hotels and flights, we typically charge a $50 per ticket fee to manage flights. This is an upfront fee and includes our assistance with the research, booking and managing of the flights, including
up to one change. (Any change or cancellation fees imposed by the airline would be separate, however.) If you need to make changes more than once, a new fee would apply. We are now able to assist with flights booked using Amex points. Please inquire further if you are looking to go that route. For flights booked with airline miles or other credit card point programs, the fee would be $300 per ticket.
Full Itinerary Planning:
If you are looking for assistance with your full itinerary, our trip planning fee can range from $150-$550 per adult, and will vary based on length and complexity of the trip, how soon the departure date is, as well as how many people are traveling. This would include our assistance with anything you may need from transportation, touring, activities, restaurants, spa, special arrangements or recommendations, etc. If you choose to go with the full trip planning fee, that would include our assistance with flights if needed.
*All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable should you need to cancel your trip after planning has already been done.
Entertainment and Lifestyle VIP Access:
Lastly, our team has unparalleled insider access to entertainment and lifestyle happenings worldwide, allowing us to customize and create a true 360° experience. Tickets to a sold-out concert? Done. Backstage access with your favorite artist for a once-in-a-lifetime moment? Easy. Want to attend Cannes Film Festival? All set! And, there are no extra service fees for these one-off purchases. If there is an event, show, game or festival you are interested in attending, even if sold out or not normally offered to the public, always feel free to reach out and find out what kind of access we may be able to provide. We can provide amazing bucket list opportunities for individuals as well as exciting options for companies looking for out of the box client entertainment, top producer incentives and more.
FEES:
The only time a fee may be requested for hotel only bookings is in the form of a research fee, if the quoting process exceeds the amount of time that makes sense to continue quoting free of charge. This typically only arises when a client requests to change the destination, hotels or dates multiple times throughout the quoting process, in which case we would need to be compensated for the additional time. We will always let you know if and when we are approaching that point.
Otherwise, fees typically come into play when we’re assisting with anything above and beyond hotel bookings
Point Bookings:
Please note that we are not able to book hotels using credit card or rewards points. If you intend to book any portion of your trip in that way, it's always preferred for us to be made aware in advance! In most cases, we will only take on trip requests where we are managing the majority of the accommodations. In certain
circumstances we can offer trip planning services only, but will depend on the specs of the trip and will be on a case by case basis.
