If you decide to move forward with one of the packages, WeVoya requests that you complete the attached questionnaire so that we can better understand your travel preferences, and how the trip you are dreaming of will be laid out.

Once you have had a chance to go through the initial itinerary, we will continue to fine tune

it until the trip is exactly what you want.

 WeVoya will complete all of the bookings from there

After the trip is booked, WEVOYA will send you a final confirmed itinerary with all hotel, excursion and transfer reservations and all necessary confirmation information. Before you leave, WEVOYA will communicate with all of your hotels to "VIP" your stay and ensure they know that special guests are arriving. Many of WEVOYA supplier partners offer enhanced amenities to WEVOYA guests (breakfast credits, spa credits, upgrades) that will all be available to you when booking through WEVOYA

The first 50% of the planning fee will be due upon the receipt of your first itinerary. You can complete the payment via credit card with 3.3% fee or for no fee via ZELLE. The final 50% of the planning fee will be due upon receipt of your final confirmed itinerary prior to your departure. All Supplier payments will be made based on supplier terms and conditions which WEVOYA communicate to you during the planning process
