The service fees are included however the rates do not include
the local tax of 5% on the room rate and the resort fees of 5 € per night and per room

Cancellation and deposit policy:

Deposit equivalent to 3 nights will be required for all bookings

Full prepayment is required for September 1st.
Should the second deposit not be paid on September 1st, the Hotel will cancel the reservation.
For any cancellation made before September 1st, 3 nights will be charged.
For any cancellation made after September 1st, the full stay will be forfeited.

Covid-19 Clause:

In case of border closing, shutdown or positive PCR test, the hotel Manapany offers its guests a hotel credit, with an 12-month validity.

The credit is related to the Covid-19 pandemic and any request should be accompanied by the appropriate justification.
