For cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date: no penalty
For cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival date: the total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty  
In case of No show: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty
Reduction of stay or early departure: same conditions as a cancellation will be applied.
