Cancellation Policy for Rooms, Junior Suite and One Bedroom Suite:

Please be advised that should you wish to cancel or make changes to your reservation for any reason, please do so at least 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. (Cancellations and changes received within 5 days of the originally scheduled arrival date will be subject to the Room Rate + 8% VAT for the first night stay).

Furthermore, if you make changes to your reservation during your stay (e.g. early departure) the Room Rate + 8% VAT will be charged for your entire scheduled stay. 

In case of any no show, total amount will be charged for your entire scheduled stay.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Our standard check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 12noon.

Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3 pm please inform us in advance and kindly note your request will be honored depending on the availability.
